1. What is plica?

        Ans: A plica is a fold of synovial membrane.

2. What is ORIF?

        Ans: An open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) is a type of surgery used to fix broken bones.

3. Which are the flat bones in the human body, give some examples?

        Ans: Sternum, ribs, scapula.

4. What is polyarthritis?

        Ans: Inflammation of joints that affects more than four joints

5. What is flexion?

        Ans: A bending movement around a joint in a limb.

6. Where is the location of metacarpals?

        Ans: The intermediate part of the hand located between the phalanges of the fingers and the carpal bones of the wrist.

7. What is SLAP lesion?

        Ans: "Superior labral tear from anterior to posterior". Shoulder joint.

8. What is acromioplasty?

        Ans:  Known as subacromial decompression is an arthroscopic surgical procedure of the acromion, top of the shoulder blade or the part of the shoulder blade extending over the shoulder joint.

9. Where is the location of a tibiofibular ligament?

        Ans:  On the lateral aspect of the ankle connecting the fibula to the talus in the ankle.

        Ans: Excess fluid accumulates in or around the joint.

        Ans: "knock-knee", the knees angle in and touch one another when the legs are straightened.

20. What is a bone graft?

        Ans: Surgical procedure where bone tissue is transplanted from your body or a donor's.

21. Where is the location of Calcaneus?

        Ans: Heel bone, It is situated in the back of the foot, just below the talus.

22. What is arthritis?

        Ans: Inflammation of one or more joints, causing pain and stiffness.

23. Where is the location of a deltoid ligament?

        Ans: Medial collateral ligament of the ankle. In the medial part of the ankle joint

24. What is hallux rigidus?

        Ans: Stiff big toe, Degenerative arthritis and stiffness due to bone spurs that affects the MTP joint at the base of the hallux (big toe).

25. What are rheumatoid nodules?

        Ans: Lumps under the skin, association with rheumatoid arthritis.
